Common Ignition Symptoms

These are starting points only. Always verify fitment by engine model, horsepower, year, and part number before ordering.

No Spark Common areas to check include stator output, trigger signal, power pack / switch box, kill circuit, and ignition coils.

Weak or Intermittent Spark Weak spark can point toward coils, wiring, grounds, trigger signal problems, or failing ignition modules.

Engine Cuts Out High-RPM cutout or sudden ignition loss may involve limiter behavior, power pack issues, or heat-related failures.

Battery Not Charging Charging problems often involve rectifiers, voltage regulators, stator charging windings, wiring, or battery condition.
